How do I order?
All are welcome to browse the website, but you must be a member to make a purchase. We offer one or twelve month memberships.
If you are a non-member and have found an item you would like to purchase, you will need to purchase a membership first.
If you are an AT THE CO-OP member, you will need to log in to make a purchase. Simply log in to your account and select your preferred options (gold color, size, quantity), and select “Buy”. It is as simple as that!
What is the status of my order and when will it ship?
AT THE CO-OP will send you an email confirmation when you purchase an item through the website. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Please note that all jewelry are made to order and may take up to 4-6 weeks to deliver. We will email you when the order has shipped along with the tracking number.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated date, we will send you an email notification.
What if there is a problem with my order?
While AT THE CO-OP strives to ship all orders on time, there may be rare occasions when setbacks are unpreventable. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery, you will receive an email notification and options on how to proceed with your order.
What are the different membership options?
1 Month: $25
12 Month: $65
AT THE CO-OP has two levels of membership options for those who seldom shops and those who can't stop shopping. Generally, retailers take at least 100% mark up on the wholesaler’s cost. With a 12-month membership, you will continue to save with each additional purchase.

Inventory Management: AT THE CO-OPs Inventory Managers are responsible for managing incoming orders from the manufacturer, and processing deliveries out to each individual member. Managers also review each jewelry, checking that the item passes strict quality standards.
What is the cost breakdown?
In addition to the manufacture’s wholesale cost, the list price for each item includes the direct cost of shipping the item from the manufacturer to you. You will be charged your state tax at checkout.
We offer a small collection of jewelry that is available to purchase immediately. Once purchased, it's shipped to you without a made-to-order period. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. You'll want to check periodically!
When will I see the charge on my bank account?
Your purchase will show on your credit card statement within 24 hours of confirming your purchase.

How do you ship my order?
AT THE CO-OP ships all orders via USPS. Once the order has shipped, we will email you a confirmation including your tracking number. We insure all orders and require a signature confirmation upon delivery.
Our corporate office is located in Honolulu, Hawaii. Unfortunately, overnight shipping is not offered.
When will you deliver my order?
Delivery dates can vary based on the manufacturer’s production time. AT THE CO-OP delivery dates can range up to 4 to 6 weeks. All jewelry are made to order. AT THE CO-OP will send an email notification once the order has shipped along with the tracking number.
We do offer immediate delivery for selected styles. Once your order has been confirmed, your item will ship within 1-3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
AT THE CO-OP currently ships to the 50 United States only.
Do you ship to a PO Box address?
Yes, we are able to ship to a PO Box address. A signature confirmation is required.
How do I exchange or return an item?
AT THE CO-OP does not accept any returns or refunds. Once you confirm your order, your credit card will be charged and the order is processed for production.
Should your order be delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, you will be contacted by Customer Service to determine how to proceed with your order.
If there is a clear manufacturer’s defect identified within 10 days from the day the order is delivered, please contact AT THE CO-OP Customer Service (email@example.com) for instructions on returning the item to AT THE CO-OP for review. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt and customer is responsible for the shipping charge to return.
How can I determine my ring size?
If possible, AT THE CO-OP highly recommends you go to local jewelry store to be fitted for the ring finger desired. All sales are final and sizing will incur additional cost. We want your ring to fit when it gets to you! If you do not have that option, follow the steps below for determining your size:
1) Wrap a string around your finger.
2) Measure the length of string that wraps around your finger once.
3) Match the length you measured to the chart below.
Can all rings for sale on the website be sized?
The ability to size a ring and by how much is dependent on the design of the ring. Generally, very slight sizing (no more than ½ up or down) can be done without compromising the integrity of the piece. Solid gold rings or those with minimal diamonds or gemstones are easiest to size. In some cases, these types of rings can safely be sized up or down 1 to 2 sizes.
Eternity rings, or rings where the design goes completely around the diameter of the ring are generally not sizable. Either way, we recommend that you visit a jewelry retailer to get an accurate measurement of your ring size.
Who is the manufacturer?
AT THE CO-OP continuously sources quality products from reputable manufacturers. We do not release our manufacturer's information in order to preserve their wholesale business. AT THE CO-OP strives to attain strong partnerships with honest, reliable, manufacturers with a priority on environmental and social consciousness.
How do you ensure the authenticity and quality of the items listed on the site?
AT THE CO-OP builds partnerships with reputable manufacturers that make quality jewelry. Each manufacturer must submit a signed confirmation that the resources used in their product are sourced ethically and legally.
AT THE CO-OP closely inspects all items to ensure authenticity of diamonds and 14k gold purity. Various tests are conducted on the jewelry for quality assurance. AT THE CO-OP does not assume liability for any product that is falsely represented by the manufacturer.
We use full cut diamonds H-I in color and SI1- SI2 in clarity.
Do you offer repair services?
AT THE CO-OP recommends you visit a jeweler or jewelry store to inquire about your damaged goods. AT THE CO-OP does not presume any liability for jewelry that is damaged as a result of wearing it, or for any jewelry damages that occur from 10 days of the signed delivery.
How do I care for my jewelry?
AT THE CO-OP recommends the proper care for all fine jewelry purchased in order to extend its life. It is recommended that you remove your fine jewelry before taking part in activities including swimming, exercising, or bathing. Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals and abrasives. Even makeup, oil, and lotion can diminish the vibrancy of your jewelry. When not wearing the jewelry, it should be kept in a dry and secure place. AT THE CO-OP also recommends routine cleaning using a polishing cloth or warm, soapy water and a toothbrush.
